His work is horrible and he will make mistakes and not correct them. He is not dependable and he doesn't care if you are pleased with his work, at the end of the day all he cares about is the check.
Pros: Cheap but you get what you pay for
Cons: Poor customer service and work quality...and everything else, you name it he is the worst at it
