We were disappointed in the fine dining at the 67. It was too dark inside and you couldn't even see what was on your plate. The biggest complaint was the service. We were rushed through our soups and salads, rushed through the palate cleanser and hounded about if we were finished with our plates. To top it off, before we were ready to leave, and only 15 minutes after finishing the main course we were handed our coats. For the price we paid and for the availability of other tables - we should have been allowed to finish our conversation. I would have even preferred that they ask us to retire to the common room to converse as they needed the table. The salmon for being fresh was over cooked (dry) and coated in glaze to the point that you couldn't taste the unique flavors of the salmon itself. I couldn't believe that we were subjecting friends and business partners from out of town to this horrible example of Seattle's food and especially our fresh Salmon. I was incredibly disappointed and will not be returning or recommending this dining place in the future.
Pros: Fancy and Waterfront view is nice
Cons: Too pricy for the experience.
