I order a custom poker set for $100, a week later I call them to find out they haven't ordered it yet. On 10/23/07 my credit card finally gets charged. 11/26/07 they call me telling me it's arrived. This is after weeks of calling and getting absolutely no information from these people, (distributor error they called it). So I go to the store, it's not there. Turns out it was never on the shipping order (this is the 3rd time) because they made a verbal request that never got processed. At this point they're offering me cheap plastic chip holders to placate me for 6 weeks of waiting on this thing. They send me home with a $15 card guard and a $2 cigar. The next day I get a call, turns out they can't order the particular poker set because it was recalled weeks ago.
Pros: Friendly... at first
Cons: Shady malicious and petty
