I was thoroughly impressed by CA Wine Tours' customer service. I ended up overpaying for our limo, and they quickly and efficiently resolved the issue and refunded the money that I had overpaid (even though it was my mistake). Our driver was friendly and polite. My only complaint is that he did get a little lost getting to one of the wineries, but he figured it out and didn't lose any time getting us where we needed to be. I would certainly recommend this company. It was affordable and the service was great.
