It's exclusively used by the Hoffman Institute for their classes. The location is beautiful and the road is public. But, after parking (legally) and walking a bit, we returned to our car to find a printed note under our wiper blade that was titled, ""General Notice of Trespassing"". The notice was mildly threatening, implying that we were probably breaking the law simply by spending 45 minutes on the public road. I would avoid the institute and the road. It is a shame that anonymous hostility exists in public spaces.
