I shop at Intimate Apparel all the time. They have a friendly staff who is very opinionated and helpful. They will spend as much time as needed with a customer to help them find the things they need. I have shopped here for years and have never had a problem with rudeness or anything at all. They have the best prices I have found on all their items. Their shoe selection, intimate apparel selection, and costume selection is the widest variety I have ever seen. Referring to the other review, they have signs on their dressingroom doors because items do get stained and damaged sometimes when careless people go in there and try things on. Unlike their competition, they are owned by one person, they aren't a chain. So they can't just send something back to their company. Basically, like any other store, you break it, you buy it! If you don't like that, then don't try it on. As far as the shoplifting thing goes, they do get their fair share of shoplifters. They have their ""wall of shame"" (pictures of shoplifters) up behind the counter. How funny is that? As many times as I have shopped there, I have never seen them flat out accuse someone of shoplifting. They have every right to ask you where something is if they get back an empty hanger. They are trained in watching for shoplifters. I highly recommend this store for friendly and helpful service. I shop here for birthdays, christmas, valentines, halloween costumes, or just because I want to buy something. Oh, and since Applebees is no longer there, parking is not a problem anymore.
