I used to love Five Happiness, I thought that it was the best and most authentic chinese food in the city. Of late, their service has completely gone down the tubes. Not only do they not get my phone number right (and insist that I have given them an incorrect phone number), they claim that they gone out to deliver my food two or three times. Also, they claim that the address I gave them was incorrect, and that there was no such address. This has happened twice now, the first time, I had to wait nearly two hours for my order. When the delivery boy finally arrived, I watched as he ran to deliver someone else's food first, and then came back to deliver mine, which they gave me the food that they had sent out the first time, which at that point was not fresh and tasted horrible. That they did not offer any discount or some sort of compensation for the terrible quality of their food is inexcusable. The second time, I never even received my food. I will not ever order from them again, and I recommend the same from all persons who ask me.
