Limited selection and a small shop. That's OK though because they have enough to choose from for most folks. Where it breaks down is the sub-contractors they use. We got "Steve". He was less than professional. I was out of town when he showed up to lay the new linoleum floor. My sister let him in and he first demanded to see a check covering his labor. Where I come from, you get that when the job is done -- you don't get paid for managing to find the job site. My sister took photos of him laying his tools on my bare counter tops and placing open buckets of mastic with his glue covered trowel balanced on the edge of the bucket on my living room carpet! He was supposed to cart away the old floor tile which he did, but not before asking my sister where the boxes were -- as if we were supposed to supply the means for him to remove the old material. Needless to say, old Steve isn't allowed on my property any more. Had I been there, I would have sent him packing and demanded a new sub.
Pros: Location & speed
Cons: Watch out for the subs they use!
