Scheduled a service call and was told that the technician would be there between 9 and noon. Recieved a phone call at 8:40am telling me the technician was on the way. I phoned back and said that I would be at my house at 9:10am and was told they could not have the technician wait that long. Hmmm, I am supposed to arrange a 3 hour window of my workday and they cannot wait 10 minutes? more
