I was treated so horrible by the HOB ticket office. They are so rude and offensive. I have never seen a more unproffessional disply in my life. I was yelled at and ridiculued by both the employee and the manager while I was inquiring about tickets. I have many shows there but this has put a very bad taste in my mouth about this venue, don't deal with the box office unless you want to be ridiculed for asking a question and yelled at. Go somewhere where they know how to treat customers and run a business. Pros: Ambience and small venue Cons: Horrible staff in the box office more
