Bought $5000.00 worth of furniture at Finger Furniture (Houston) in 2006. Yes 2006. Delivery guys delivered my Kitchen Table, Chairs, matress and bed. Delivery guys did not bring the correct screws to put the bed frame and headboard together so... they drilled new holes into the frame.They explained to us that it would be alright. About a month later the headboard and frame came apart. We called back in 2006 to try and get this resolved...and now it is almost 2008 and I still have not received a replacement headboard and frame...POOR POOR Customer Service. RIGHT NOW MY HEADBOARD AND FRAME is held up/together by several books. This was a very experience bed and headboard. Again After over a DOZEN attempts to get this resolved with CUSTOMER SERVICE I still have several books holding up my headboard and frame. PLEASE If you want to get what you paid for DO NOT!!! DO NOT!!!! go to FINGER FURNITURE. Pros: none Cons: poorest customer service ever!!!! more
