I had 2 very disturbing encounters with the Baltimore store overt $2.50. I purhased $304.41 worth of womans clothes on 11/10/07. I attempted to write a check and was told I had a code 3. No one knew what that was, so I called Telecheck and they said " We are not saying you don't have the money all we are saying is you don't write enough check to merchants( Humm IS THIS HIDDEN RACEISM!). I asked what does that mean? She could not elaborate. So, I went ahead and paid chash!!!!
(This is where the high math comes in) I bought 9 pair of pants by the same manufactor on sale @ 2 for $35.OO and bcause I had an odd pant I agreed to pay full price, $19.99 for the one.
Today I returned 3 pair and kept 6 pair. I was told I could not get $19.99 for the one pair I paid full price for because "it was not the exact same one I paid full price for". And if I wanted the $19.99 refund I would have to go home (30 miles away) and return with all the pants and have them re-ring everything over and then I could get the $2.50 I felt they owed me.
I do not consider this good customer service! And as a result they have lost a good customer. Had it not been for the price of gas I would have gone home and return the entire $304.41 purchase for a full refund because it was the principle.
Pros: Great Price
Cons: Employees need to learn Good customer service policy
