Where do I begin...it was a Thursday night and we were the only table in the entire place all night (that should have been our first clue). Other reviews on this site talk about salmon & stuffed redfish...that must be the old menu before they moved. New menu = lobster bisque that had a gravy consistency; 10 or so different shrimp dishes at $20 a plate with overcooked, tasteless shrimp (you could do better at Red Lobster; one of the dishes had a sauce that was very mayo based...how cheap!); a few pasta choices on average of $16 a plate with mushy pasta (you could do better at Olive Garden); a few steak choices at prices around $35+, which is too high for this type of restaurant. Keep in mind that anything else you want such a salad or sides like potatoes or veggies are all al a carte (around $5+ each and not big enough to share...even though they told you they were). You will easily walk out of there at $50 per person without ordering appetizers & even getting the cheaper menu items! Our dinner was a third cheaper at the Santa Fe Steakhouse & the food was 100% superior to the Blue Aquarium. They have a lot of work to do if the want to keep their reputation of an upscale restaurant. We were very disappointed.
