After having a bad styling experience at Supercuts, I called the salon the next day to see if I could get any help with my botched color and cut. When I called, I was fit in to the salon 2 hours later, and ended up with such a smashing look- I was so happy. My coloring was fixed, my cut was fabulous, and the master stylist was understanding and didnt make me feel uncomfortable about the situation at all. I was so happy to have such an understanding, sweet, talented stylist. My experience has made me a loyal customer!
