We stayed a week for our honeymoon. Customer service was excellent! We had a complicated reservation (two separate reservations and "honey money" gift certificates) but the front desk staff worked it out without a hassle. After fighting with Embassy Suites/Hilton Honors at every step of the way planning our wedding reception, it was a pleasure to do business with a Starwood hotel! Great location too. Less than a minute walk to the beach. I would give it five stars, but they need more Internet terminals in the lobby or a free in-room connection. Also their main restaurant is a bit expensive since they only have all you can eat.
