This Walgreens pharmacy is just awful -- rude service, unable to fill a simple prescription. First they lost my prescription all together. Then, after two days of waiting to get that fixed, when I went in to pick up the prescription, the woman at the counter told me that "the computer is down" so no insurance discounts could be applied. Which meant paying about 5x as much out-of-pocket. I asked when were they expecting the problem to be fixed. "Oh, I don't know. We've been having problems all week," she said with boredom. "It's not our fault. But the prescription *is* ready." Unclear why she thought doing a task that normally takes 1-2 hrs anywhere else *with* the correct insurance co-payment should warrant brownie points? Avoid this place.
