If this location is struggling so much to schedule the patients they already have then shouldn't they stop taking new patients? I have been trying to get an appointment for three days since now one of their selling points is that they are open on weekends. Well that doesn't do me any good if I can't get someone to answer the phone. I finally got a person on the phone yesterday (Monday) morning around 9:00 am which I almost rather I hadn't considering how snide she was. I was told all appointments had been booked for the day and I would need to call back the next day because they can't schedule visits for sick children in advance. So now I am sentenced to wait another day for medical treatment with my 5 year old who is running between a 101 and a 103 temperature. You should not be forced to consider taking your child to the emergency room and racking up big time medical bills just because the Dr.'s office you have been using since their birth is overcrowded and unsypathetic to the
