When I was relocating to Seattle I fell in love with Shorewood Heights. Not knowing the area too well, I fell in love with the manicured lawns and pretty northwestern shingled apartments. I quickly signed a lease and flew back home to pack.\r

A couple days later the sales lady Cathy Cooper called me and asked me to push my move in date to a later date as the person currently residing in the unit decided to stay longer. Annoyed I said sure. \r

A week later, Cathy called me again. This time she said she had good news and bad news for me. The bad news was the person who currently resides in the unit I signed the lease for has decided to renew their lease. The good news was there was another unit available for a slightly higher fee (an extra $100). \r

The news came two weeks before my planned to move to Seattle. My initial trip to secure housing in the area cost me $2000. I was getting very irritated and turned off at the trashy way they ran their business.\r
