We had our SUV towed to this service center because it was close to home, we later learned that location for Auto repair is not important, we should have gone to the same shop we had gone to for the last 9 years but it was so far away and I really needed to get my care fixed ASAP because the next day was my sons birthday and I had kids to transport.\r

They determinded the problem with my car was a bad altenator.. fine how much I asked to have this fixed.. the quote was approx $650.00.!!!.. \r

So I made a few calls to my shop and a few other shops and got a quote of approx $250.00- $300.00 for the repairs to be done at their locations.. so I called back and asked why his price was so high His answer was it was the best on the market and should last 10 years.. I said to him .. have you looked at my car it is 9 years old... I dont think it has 10 years left of life... so my car will be sitting in the junk yard but it will have a great altenator...\r

So they knocked the price down to around 450.00.. so I still over paid\r

then almost 1 year later. .while coming home from a road trip.. the ""really good altenator"" that should last 10 years .. died.. we had to have our car towed from Salem !\r

It was under warantty... but the only thing close to an apology was ""sometimes you get a lemon"" ??!!?? And I was never offered a courtesy car!\r
