This has got to be the WORST furniture outfit in the USA! We bought beds for our kids. They broke ina week. (Kids gentle, only slept on them.) Parts fell off, canopy broke off..metal..and nearly clipped my 5 yr old's head. I was upset. Call them. NO ONE returned my calls. Took 2 months and a call to the owner himself to get different furniture. Roger Mathis himself told me "you get what you pay for. metal beds don't last." Well, you would think they would last for more than a month! Then, traded for metal headboards which have been OK. Brought our a broken entertainment center, then LEFT it sitting in my living room, leaning for 2 days! THEN, delivered a scratched center! Finance "manager" WANDA calls me daily, wants their money ($25.00 a month) I keep saying FIX what you should. Wanda said, "Well, you bought the crap, so you have to pay for it!"
