Recently I visited this BP to buy a pack of gum. After waiting 5 minutes for the attendant to use the restroom, she conversed with another customer while ringing me up. While she was counting my change, she paused so she could finish her comment to the other customer. She became defensive after I brought it to her attention that I wanted to check out in a timely fashion and that she needs to focus on the customer in front of her. She gave me the change and demanded that I leave the store. I then asked for her name and the contact information for BP consumer relations and she refused to give it to me. I left the store only after telling her that I would report this incident. more
