The Sprint Technical Service Department tried to call this store, and was finally booted off the line after requesting to talk to someone in the store THREE TIMES!!!! The same thing happened when I tried to call the store. I was booted off the line after requesting to speak with someone THREE TIMES!!! I'm afraid to go into the store, after reading the prior review!\r
