I waited over two hours for my pizza the other day and decided to cancel. This is the 3rd time I have had this happen to me and I never said a word. I would have liked a phone call apology regarding the long wait but nothing. Every time I called to check I was put on hold which to me means they are lost and confused. In any case, I am done with extreme pizza and it is a disappointment considering the pizza is great and it's the service that lost a customer. Bottom line, they are unreliable.
