Someone sent us a floral bouquet which, unfortunately, was routed through this local shop. Apparently they are not familiar with the local area even though it is a small town (only one zip code) and our address is easy to find. \r

Instead of using mapquest, or asking someone familiar with the community, the manager called us up for directions to our house. He was unable to follow even simple instructions....Did not even appear to know where the biggest car dealer in town was located (Our address is 2 turns from that dealer). After having to repeat the directions 2 or 3 times, he wanted to know if there wasn't an easier way to get here? (Duh, 2 turns?)\r

Finally, he decided he was just going to 'cancel the order' and even refused to tell us who it was that was sending us the flowers. \r

What the sender intended to be a pleasant surprise for us, turned into a very negative experience dealing with this rude and ignorant 'manager'.\r
