Office is clean bright and child-friendly, however my kids were less than comfortable when escorted to the awaiting dentist chairs. Their complaints were that more conversation and attention were being exchanged between staff members and less with their young clients and the cleaning a bit too rough. After various complaints during the course of the year I opted to switch and the have been quite satisfied and complaint-free. If you decide to try them, listen closely to your children's evaluation.
