Terrible customer service 10/11/2007

I bought a wedding set here 4 years ago. A diamond fell out of the set the first week and they replaced it for free. Last week another diamond fell out. Jim (Florence) told me I'd get an estimate within 2 days. Four days later I phoned and they still had no estimate. Jim also told me I'd get 50% off the price because I work for a company they do business with. 11 days later I called and the ring was finally ready. (They say they were going to call me, of course.) Then Jim said I misunderstood him, as they do not give the discount on repairs. I understand completely that this man lied to me. He was condescending and rude. I will never buy another piece of jewelry here and will discourage others from doing so, as well. Cons: Product quality and customer service more
