Always, always, always, always a lonnggg wait here. I don't think there is any time of day that you can go to Pasta Too and NOT wait to be seated. That should tell you how popular this place is and it wouldn't be so popular if the food wasn't good. As annoying as the wait is, once you're seated you won't be disappointed. I always enjoy what I order. From Fettacini Alfredo to Grilled Chicken salad to all kinds of pizza. Most of the time I order pizza, it's always delicious! The only time it wasn't was when the regular pizza chef wasn't working, so I have learned to ask and make sure he's working. If he's not there, I just order something else from the menu which has much to choose from. Even burgers! The desserts are very good too. As for the service, that can be iffy. I have had wonderful service, rude service and sometimes a mixture of both. Most of the rudeness comes from the front desk and hostesses. One hostess that wears her hair high on her head can be particularly aloof but the wait staff, the kitchen staff and the owner are always friendly and efficient. The owner's name is Ray and you can always see him walking around and checking things out. Nice man. Pasta Too is one of my favorite eateries. Try the veggie pizza, always perfect. Try the steak calzone or the sausage calzone, always terrific. Just remember to make sure the regular pizza chef is there. His name is Ron. Try the stuffed mushrooms, seafood bisque, eggplant parm. Lots of items to choose from! Enjoy!
