Last week, I went to Alicia's for the second time. I thought that my terrible experience with the woman that took my order the first time was maybe an exception. Belive me, it is obviously an acceptable norm to be treated like a pirriah if you dare ask questions about the items.\r
I asked how large was the sandwich was with the roll. I response was""like a sandwich"". I forgot, if they don't recognize you, they great you with a ""yah"". Well, I then dared to asked if their was avacado in a salad I was intersted in. The nasty woman said ""it is just exactly what the menu says is in there"". \r
Forget the babble about how good Alicia's is to the community. Her sandwiche was tasty but could have tasted alot better with a bit of customer service. Look at the seinfels episode about the soup n____. That episode must be the model that Alicia's studies and strives to copy.
Pros: Food is good. Chocalte cake is tasty.
Cons: The worst customer service this side of New York
