After months of being lied to over a check being sent, receiving a check that Sonya canceled, and now receiving nasty e mails because I am filing a dispute with my credit card company for a full refund, I can honestly say to find another photographer before using this one. My dad is dying and I am in the midst of a high risk pregnancy. Some of her e mails include the following: Karma will come to collect from you and yours. I have no doubt. Another of her famous e mails included the following: I would not want to book anyone you know anyways...thieves run in circles. I have asked her several times to stop e mailing me and that I will believe the refund is done when I get the confirmation from my credit card company. Yet she has continued to contact me and I have since blocked her from mine and my husband's e mails.
Cons: Not profesional at all, poor customer service, no refund policy ever stated until my dispute was filed
