This complex is running down rapidly. the washers and dryers are old and break down (and do a lousy job) and the management doesn't care. There have been bigger families moving in, and some days it's impossible to get a washer at all. The maintenance is poor. It's loud - the way it's designed, sounds echoes between the buildings. The on site manager does a good job, but if you're looking for a quiet, well maintained place, this isn't it.
Pros: Nice on-site manager, fairly safe, low crime
Cons: Lousy management company, deteriorating buildings. Poor laundry room. Loud.
