I used to order from here plenty of times. There were a couple of times when I bought items that were either the wrong size or the massage table I took home didn't seem sturdy enough. I returned these items with a receipt and in completely resellable condition. Then one day, I called to place another order and I was told I wasn't allowed to order from them anymore. The reason: I return too many items. Customer service is about building relationships which GotYourBack is lacking. Later when I opened my own spa, I placed my beginning order with GotYourBack's competitor, New Life Systems. The opening order was for $22,500. I would have preferred to use a company that is local, but unfortunately it didn't work out. If GotYourBack had treated me as a valued customer, they would have had this order instead. Pros: When it opened in the early 90's, it was ahead of its time Cons: poor customer service is holding them back more
