Unbelivable way the phone is answered & great customer service. Person actually asked ""may I place you on hold"" Now that's class. No Muzak music on hold, intead it's a very funny comedian. Great experience from start to end. Technicians are friendly , very knowledgeable & they wear shoe covers before coming into your home. Would recommend to all.
