My mom is a real spa goer. She has been all over Europe and the US and knows a real spa when she visits. I regret giving her a gift certificate to Bodiscience! I was so embaressed after I heard her experience there. The staff was unprofessional and rude, not to mention inexperienced. She said she could feel the tension between the people who worked there, clearly they do not get along. The way the front desk person spoke to the staff was just awfull! She also said she met the owner who was ""very wierd"", my mom's exact words. In the end, I picked her up and she asked that I never send her there again. She said it was like a ""rinky dink"" operation run by an unstable woman. It had a very cold feel to it.
