I joined about a year and half ago. It has increased my flexibility; I can now touch my forehead to the ground while sitting. It has also helped me increase my strength and endurance; I can run three miles with ease now whereas before I truly didn't even like walking a mile. The best part of class is the breath work and meditation. The Center is always very clean, and its staff is extremely helpful and approachable. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs respite from their busy life.
