Pros: Andaluz has everything a hospital lacks, (ei. warmth, time, loving care, etc. the list goes on and on) \r
Cons: I miss them, must be why I keep having more babies :P \r
I had one hospital birth experience with my first baby at St Vincents. Though it was a descent experience, my over all take of it was simply to clinical. My second baby was a whole different story... I gave birth to my daughter at Andaluz. What I found was Andaluz is simply the most wonderful, loving, empowering, tranformational experience of birthing a woman can have outside her own home. The prenatal care is also top notch, you get a full hour for your appointments, (which was unheard of at my first OB/GYN's office). Since my second child, I have had two more Andaluz births making my grand total thus far to be three beautiful Andaluz water born babies. I never thought I would have four children, but Andaluz just made me want more!! :) I would say the overall experience of birthing in Andaluz is like getting to birth in a fabulous spa. The spalike birth is complete with candlelit tubs and fruit smoothys tubside, while you labor and after, great food while you recover, and you emmerge triumphant from your birth with your sweet newborn and you feeling like wonder woman, while you sleep in a luxurious four poster queen bed! I don't think it could be any better.""
Pros: Complete care... the best care out there.
Cons: Nine months with them flies by way to fast. :(
