I am just a beginner, but I can tell a bad service when I see it even when it comes to diving. I had a pretty bad experience with this scuba center. I would suggest to go else where, no matter how pleased you are with the initial contact. Deceitfully, Lyn is so accomadating and friendly when you sign up that you think the same of all the staff members--cheap sales trick? However, you will be shocked at how unprofessional these people behave. For example, a few times they did not call back, they did not inform me they did not inform me about the time change and then argued with me in high voices offering no apologies what so ever. I also expected to have a consistent trainer while doing the pool sessions, instead, for whatever reason, it was a new person every time. The pool sessions were shortened due to the poor organizational skills of the instructors (wrong weights, mismatched equipment, etc) and that's considering the fact that not much time was spent under the water due to too much talking about past travels and such. But most of all, I have never encountered more rudeness in my life (opposite to the wide spread opinion that divers are the frendliest bunch). My advice: go elsewhere! You'll pay less as well:)
Pros: class teacher was great
Cons: poor customer service, disorganized, staff attitude
