Seating was prompt, we arrived between rush times in the early afternoon, server appeared tired and apathetic, food was barely warm, slightly burnt and was obviously reheated. \r

This was our third experience with O'Charley's, the first was wonderful in Tennessee, the food was fresh and hot, the server cheerful and very helpful we thought we had found a winner. The next two experiences were not impressive with tired, unhappy servers and bad food. The only positive things were how quickly we were seated and the restaurants are clean.
Pros: Rapid seating, clean restaurant
Cons: The Food, the service.
