I have regretfully lived in one of the apartments owned by them and have hated the last 2 years of my stay. I have made multiple complaints about trash, graffiti, and numerous complaints about noise all to no avail. I would not recommend these apartments to a bum living on the streets. They have policies that they do not enforce such as no trash outside of the doors when you look out at everyone else's apartment there are huge trash cans. They are very unprofessional and not very helpful when it comes to problem solving. If you want to live in the destructive neighborhood come and rent one of these apartments. They are the epitome of trashy.
