Shopping for furniture is a crazy ordeal and my wife was dragging me around everywhere looking for different things. We had seen a sectional at another store that we liked and good thing we didn't purchase it there because we saw the same sectional in a different fabric that we liked better for a hundreds less. Our salesperson helped us order the right configeration for our room and had great decorating ideas.\r

Less than a week after we purchased the furniture we got a thank you card from our salesperson and we got a call from the customer service department thanking us for our business and they told us there was no backorders and we would recieve our furniture on time.\r

When we recieved our furniture there was a spot on a cushion and they ordered a new cushions right away and we had the cushion about a week later.\r
