Physical store is nice, but customer service is poor. The employees lack knowledge of the product (they couldn't answer questions, and admitted to not knowing anything, but did not try to find someone knowledgable) and cash register, but most of all lack enthusiasm for their customers. I took a young child in with me who remained at my side the entire time. We both played with a Jacobs ladder display out in the store. An employee indirectly accused my child of breaking the electronic display, when the actual problem was that it hadn't been turned on by them. Don't bring in kids, they don't like them, and when you ask questions it's as if you are bothering those that work there. They get irritated if you ask them to open a display case in the brighton section - if they don't like opening them, the don't have them Pros: cute store Cons: customer service, workers seem irritated with the customer more
