..they will find another ""issue"" with your car that requires immediate attention. I ended up with a ""check engine"" light as I was leaving from the oil change. The service manager suggested it was a $325 O2 sensor before even connecting the scan tool. After connectting the scan tool...guess what...faulty o2 sensor. Suspect they disconnected the O2 sensor connector to set the code, and then reconnected it. I had them delete the code and the light never came back after code was deleted. I wonder how many others have been scammed.
Pros: easy access from 120 loop for unsuspecting customers
Cons: tried to sell a unneccary repair and suggusted several other ""pressing needs"" by repaired as well
