On time appointments and good cleanings; however, when I asked if I could have the x-rays or get copies of them they told me no. I tried to argue that I paid my copay and it was my insurance company that paid for the x-rays but they still insisted that I could not have them or even a copy, I sure it was out of fear that I would take them to another dentist for a second opinion. \r \r I've seen a handful of dentists during my life and this one is the only one I've been skeptical about. Luckily I've gone my whole life without a cavity until I went to all around dental care. I thought it was strange that on my first visit to all around dental care that they just happen to find a cavity, after 24 years of not one dentist finding a cavity they just happened to find one and then refuse to let me have copies of the xrays. I went ahead and got the cavity filled giving them the benefit of the doubt. It took a while to finish the filling. I could tell that the dentist wasn't giving the work his full attention because he was to busy talking to his dental hygienist. The next day I was in extreme pain. I called a few friends to find out if this is normal after getting a filling and they all said no. I called the office back and told them about the pain and they had me come right in which was nice. The dentist blamed the pain on me and said I should have told him while they were filling the cavity that the filling wasn't ground down (shaped correctly), I guess he could have just paid attention while doing the work instead of talking to his dental hygienist about personal stuff.\r \r I went in six months later for the routine cleaning and to my surprise they found 2 more cavities. I told them that I didn't feel any tenderness or pain and that I had gone my whole life with no cavities until that last one and all they had to say was ""looks like you have some now."" thats when I got really suspicious. I mean come on no cavities for 24 years and all the sudden 3? Be cautious!! Pros: On time appointments; Good cleanings Cons: Painful fillings; filling happy (just wants to fill a cavity even if you might not have one) more
