We have tried them three times. It always smells so good driving past, but the food is horrible. It's like the regulars on the westside don't have a clue what good BBQ should be. Three out of three times the food was dry, burnt, or just plain inedible. The person who said it was like jerky was lucky. Ours was so crispy that you couldn't bite into it. It looked good because they drowned it in bbq sauce. The ambience was horrible, the food has never been good, and the people working there look straight out of a halfway house. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, like Tennessee Reds, if you want BBQ.
Pros: Smells good on the street
Cons: Always burnt, bad customer service, VERY expensive for what you get.
