I had no experience in Townhome renovations. From the first meeting to the last detail my renovation was an exciting experience, full of discoveries. Wendell of Brudell Construction helped me make the decisions that would add up to a beautiful, comfortable home. Choosing appliances, cabinets, granite, tile, flooring, and other materials took me into a complex new world of unfamiliar terms and brand names. He worked around my crazy hectic schedule, which included moving out for 2 months, then ""camping out"" in my bedroom (with my 2 cats) for a couple more months, while the work progressed. The job came in on budget and reasonably on time (certain complications could never have been foreseen). My project included a new kitchen, new floors, scraping and painting the ceiling and walls, new doors, granite windowsills, new light fixtures, and many other details. I am currently gathering ideas and saving money toward a bathroom renovation, and I plan to call on them to do the job. Best of all, He was familiar with the regulations and restrictions that govern buildings, so there was minimal friction with my building staff and managers. Three cheers for Brudell Construction.\r
