I had the same experience with the owner/manager. Never returned my call, never there! I We were loyal and happy customers, until recently. I used to have my shirts laundered. I came to pick up my shirts and I noticed an additional 3.75 charge. The girl at the counter, the large one stated that she could not give me my shirt unless I paid the full price. They added 3.75 to my claim without asking me or calling me. Neil is a pompous man who stated that he doesn't want my business anymore. Fine, Neil Patel! I will never do business with you. There are plenty of dry cleaners in Brea. So the blame here is solely on Neil Patel's shoulders. So be careful of what you take to Gateway Cleaners. Be aware of his hidden fees. And good luck trying to find him!
