I will never visit a Les Schwab again, and I advise you do the same. When we resurrected our '99 Beetle from years of inactivity, we had taken it to this Les Schwab for a new battery. They charged us $90, and we were on our way. We occasionally had some battery issues, but they were usually resolved with a jump. Yesterday, ten months after we had purchased the battery, it suddenly would not start. Jump starting it did not work. After communicating with Les Schwab, we paid for a tow truck to take it there. Turned out that they had never actually replaced the battery - it was still using the original purchase one. I am just disgusted with them.
