WARNING: BAD SERVICE 50% of the time I have had my car in there, they leave the job undone. Last time I had a simple oil change, they did not put the oil pan plug in tightly and the oil leaked out all over my garage floor, and there was not a drop of oil left in the car. Good thing I did not drive it, or the engine would need replacement. Am waiting to see if they correct the problem, tow my car in, add oil, and clean my garage floor up. They simply cannot be trusted to complete the job correctly. Follow up 2 days later to the above problem: after the service department supposedly put oil back into the car, placed the oil pan plug in correctly, and test drove the car, I found it was 2 quarts LOW on oil. Cannot figure out if they are incompetent or doing this on purpose. Will be following up with the owner and the national Nissan headquarters. If they cannot do an oil change they certainly should not be doing brake jobs, fuel pumps, transmissions or ANYTHING else.
Cons: high pressure, incompetent service techs.
