I bought a case of their beef. I was told that it was guaranteed for taste and tenderness. I thought that it tasted odd, so I called their office here in Simpsonville, Sc. I was told that the odd taste was due to preservatives in their packaging and that I shouldn't have thawed out the meat before cooking. That thawing out the meat caused the preservatives to soak into the meat and that I should cook it frozen so that preservatives would have a chance to cook off.
Pros: They were nice when they were selling.
Cons: They weren't nice when I asked them to uphold their taste and tenderness guarentee.
