I'm from out of town and had to attend an important business dinner in Beverly Hills on a Saturday night. I called Victor Hugo on the Friday to request an urgent appointment for a cut and color and, even though he was fully booked for that day, he made a special effort to accommodate me late Saturday afternoon. I arrived at my 4:30 appointment and was not made to wait. He was extremely professional and friendly, even offering me advice on things to do in the city while I'm here. The cut was excellent (I was complimented on my hair at the dinner) and the color and highlights were perfect, even though he is not my usual stylist. He was able to ""read"" my hair perfectly. He worked late into the evening, finishing up just before 7pm, to make sure my hair was perfect for the dinner and showed genuine concern that it be 100% correct. His charges were far less than I had anticipated and were extremely reasonable for this area. I will visit him again when I am next in West Hollywood and would not hesitate to recommend his services.
