This company should be avoided at all costs. They are rude, unprofessional and boldly state they don't have to back up their maintenance work....they'll just charge you again. We had a bulb replaced in our HD TV ($350.) that didn't seem to work right . The tech tweeked some settings and made it look better, but not right. When we asked them to come back and try again and check the bulb we were told they either work RIGHT or not at all. So coming back out, they'd just charge us again. The experience of this company is the worst possible relative to customer service, unprofessional and rude. You can't trust even buying parts from them, much less parts and service. Bottom line...find ANYWHERE ELSE!!
